Welcome to Chaumiere du prairie!
We love Chaumiere du Prairie. We’re going to work hard to honor the history and intentions of this beautiful place while bringing a new life that welcomes and celebrates all.
These are some of our plans:
Through our continued research of Chaumiere, we’ve discovered that Colonel Meade I envisioned gardens, ponds, walking trails, a school, a whiskey house, and a brewery on the Chaumiere grounds. We feel that he really did want Chaumiere to be the center of hospitality in the Bluegrass!
